BLUEY DAY 2008
Since 1995 Police Officers and members of the Emergency Services across Australia have shaved their heads in support of children living with cancer and other serious illnesses.
Officers raise their money in many ways; from obtaining sponsorship from local businesses and communities, selling badges and other merchandise as well as holding special functions.
The Bluey Day Foundation raises money for the purposes of purchasing equipment, treatment or support of children and families living with cancer and other serious childhood illnesses. Bluey Day can proudly say that donations raised are invested in directly supporting the children. The Foundation achieves this objective by provision of money, property of any kind or other benefits to deductible gift recipients whose purposes reflect the objectives of the Foundation.
NEWS UPDATE:
Bluey Day 2008 will be on Saturday 25th October! Whilst traditionally held on the second Saturday in August, this year we've decided to make it a bit later to ensure everyone has lots of time to fundraise. Enter your email below and we will email you once the program has launched.
